A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking. The balance of the reservation is payable 30 days before the date of stay. A security deposit is also payable 2 weeks prior to the date of stay.
** A security deposit of $ 500 is required for all bookings and will be refundable after inspection if no damage was found at departure.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
